By accessing this website and placing orders you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for account credentials and activities under your account.
3. Products & pricing
We strive for accurate descriptions and images; slight variations in colour/finish may occur. Prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with notice.
4. Orders & payment
An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we confirm payment and process the order. Accepted methods may include cryptocurrency (self-hosted verification), card (Stripe), and PayPal when enabled. Crypto payments are generally irreversible once confirmed on-chain.
5. Intellectual property

6. Prohibited use
No fraud, payment abuse, attacks on the infrastructure, or unlawful resale schemes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the law of the country where the seller is established (to be stated in your Impressum).
